We want you to love your Planesmooth. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email us at customercare@planesmooth.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Conditions

Please return the device with all included parts and the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used replacement blades cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
