We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options and delivery times

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after your order ships.

Express shipping: 1-2 business days after your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free during our current promotion. Express shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your package has not arrived within 10 business days, email us at customercare@planesmooth.com and we will help right away.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.
